We process data you provide through the contact form or when booking a consultation: your name, email address, company name, message content, and preferred consultation time.

We also automatically process basic technical data about your visit (browser type, approximate location, time spent on the page) for security and site improvement purposes.

We process contact form data to respond to your inquiry and prepare a service proposal, based on the consent you give when submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

If a contract is concluded between us, we also process the data to perform that contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Data from a non-binding inquiry is kept for 24 months from the last contact, unless a contract is concluded. Data related to contract performance is kept for as long as required by law, in particular tax and accounting regulations.

To operate the site and process inquiries we use processors such as hosting and email providers and Calendly for booking consultations. We have a data processing agreement with every processor. We never sell or share your data for marketing purposes.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, restrict processing, request data portability, and object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing the address above.

If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.

The site uses only technical cookies necessary for it to function. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies without your consent.
